This neck warmer is loaded with panache! It is shaped through a gradual increase in the twisted cable pattern stitch, which allows it to fit perfectly around the neck and on the shoulders. The pattern has both neck warmer versions in charts and text.
This neck warmer uses only 100 yards of Garden Yarns Cashmere or Garden Yarns Soft Targhee Wool. What a great way to have luxury on a budget! Or use your favorite heavy worsted weight yarn.

Yarn: Garden Yarns Cashmere, 100% cashmere, hand-dyed approx. 100 yds / 2 oz hanks: 1 hank Mushroom
Gauges: 18 sts and 26 rows = 4" (10 cm) in Stockinette Stitch.
9 st rep = 1.75" and 6 row rep = .85", using size 8 ndls, or size to give gauge.
4 reps (36 sts) = 7", 24 rows = 3.5". To save time, take time to check gauge.
