This vest comes in 4 sizes and is knit in an unusual yarn: Bollicine Revolution. Revolution has high yardage and makes a lighter-weight garment than other yarns of its thickness.
I've also swatched this stitch pattern in Cascade's 128 Tweed, color #7601 a green tweed, as a good substitute for the Revolution. Same size ndl was used and you would need 6 / 7 / 8 / 9 hanks (128 yd / 100 gr each) to make the vest. Yes! the vest will be heavier. The Revolution is *very* light for its bulk.
