As I am being inundated, lately, with phone calls from knitters requesting help with patterns, I now need to limit pattern tech help to email ONLY.
IF you purchased the pattern from my website or from Ravelry, you may email me with a thorough explanation of the problem, including pattern name, and I should be able to get back to you within 24-48 hours, depending on my schedule and state of wellness. The more accurately you can describe the problem, the quicker I can help you get it resolved.
If you purchased the pattern elsewhere, do contact that shop or catalog first, to request help - that is part of the customer service they provide, for having sold you the pattern.
Shipping Costs
Postage is calculated using U.S.P.S. service.
If you ordered downloadable patterns, please be assured, there will be NO shipping charges!
Kindly ignore the shopping basket's mention of "You will be contacted regarding shipping when your order is processed."
