Popping my head out, but not for long
It's been a long time since I've written a real post. I actually started 4 posts, but deleted them all.
Life has overtaken me. I've been on the real estate whirlwind again for the past coupla weeks. And the wind hasn't calmed down yet. Can't say more. At this point, I don't even want to say more.
Then there's AKD business to tend to, with deadline, designs I've been negotiating about, and parties and gifts to plan (hubby turns 50, brother turns 50, mother turns 70, daughter turns 30, son graduates). I am so swamped. And I can see how things are just gonna fall by the wayside. I can only handle so much.
And in between it all, we need to get this house sold and buy another one. Hyuck, Hyuck.
So, I'm retreating back into my turtle shell 'til the coast is clear. It may be awhile!

Keeping all my fingers crossed for this one to go through!
I know you're busy with everything, but I have three unused skeins of Peace Fleece in Georgia Rose. Can you use it for anything? If so I'll send it out.
From the Jersey Shore,
Anne

Hi Anne,
Thanks for the finger crossing!
We had 2 offers on the same day. One so crappily low it was a joke, the other low but we could have begrudgingly worked with it, then they got cold feet and backed out.
Another lady was to place an offer on the same day but that big storm hit and, with power out, turned her life upside down and she can't deal with it now.
So, there we are, once again.
You're a doll for offering me your Peace Fleece - you know I love it! but you've already parted with your beautiful handspun as Kimono Fana bribe! lol
We can barter. Are there some patterns or a book you might want? I do have some yarn here too - email me and we'll figure something out.
