ommmm, yet another supp
Must Monday's always be stressful?!
They were running late at the radiology center, making hubby very late for work today. I hate to see him get stressed.
At least he didn't see the rug the dog had peed on. I found it tho. By stepping on it. And I took the dog out just before we left.
All after a night of very spotty sleeping. The herbal tincture didn't help the sleep. Will try melatonin. But shutting my brain up is no easy thing! Even the Ambien (keep thinking it's Lunesta, but it's Ambien) doesn't keep me sleeping all night.
I'm sure it's just til radiation's over, as I was sleeping just fine before it began. Reminds me of those fun Dexamethasone days!
At least a Xerox tech will be calling to come fix the backbone of my business - the new Phaser printer.
I accidentally stepped on the surge protector, which turned off the computer and printer. After which the printer keeps rebooting and won't get warmed up, so it can print.
Interesting, since we've had a number of power outages lately, with all these storms, and it started up fine after each one.
But it's within warranty, and I'll watch to see what he does - probably something simple like reseating the logic board, which is what used to work on the old 860 when it had power issues. But I ain't touching this new machine, til it's OUT of warranty!
It will nourish the mucous lining and decrease the amount of sore throat. The aloe vera will decrease the inflammation and help it heal. (Don't wanna be raw on the inside/raw on the outside!)
And this from the rad dietitian! Who was surprised I knew L-Glutamine is an amino acid. The L gives it away. A tidbit I remember from chemistry. My rad onc is apparently big on nutrition as a natural healing aid.
I KNEW I liked her. Now I like her even more! Bet she'd love my organic garden.

DD is picking me up some L-Glutamine on her way home from work today. This gets taken with the aloe vera in some water 3x a day. It will nourish the mucous lining and decrease the amount of sore throat. The aloe vera will decrease the inflammation and help it heal. (Don't wanna be raw on the inside/raw on the outside!)

To shut the head up take GABA Calm from Source Naturals, half a pill does it for me. You suck on it and it is an amino acid. Take it with melatonin sublingual and I'm totally out and refreshed in the morning. All very cheap. Keep on keeping on, dear.
