was too good to be true

They had some financing issues and can't do it, maybe just for now, maybe not at all.

So, back to being shown - have a showing tomorrow.

Look on the bright side - it looks like they may have been sold on the "brand new" look of your place thanks to the remodeling job. So I'm sure you'll get your Buyer before end of the summer!
