good stuff

UPS delivered the new printhead this morning, which means I should be getting a call soon from the tech for an appointment to come put it in - yippee! Also enclosed was about $130 worth of free ink - a nice surprise indeed!

And I got the Fedex tracking # for the new-to-me-Mac, which shows it should be here Friday - more yippee! Means I can spend the weekend ethernetting files over, and trying out OSX.

Now, if the printer tech can get here before the weekend, it also means I can print the backlog of replacement color Gazette issues I need to send to about a dozen customers, AND print the 6 backordered patterns I need to send to a shop AND print the catalog pages for the new sales rep to use. I don't mind being busy, if it means I can be caught up and current.

And so, with so much good stuff about to happen, I thought I'd get off my duff and take a photo of the 14 pair I've done for CIC since last month some time:

They're not washed yet, but will be before I send them on. The real colors are brighter, more saturated.

Onward.
Comments:
Your socks are bright and beautiful, and an inspiration.... think of all the warm feet! And like a true sock knitter (at least, I think that's the way most of us are...) you have 4 pairs for yourself, but have cranked out 14 for the kids in a month.
Happy knitting!

They are just plain adorable. I used to knit for CIC, it's a great charity. Yay, you!

Thank you for your kind words, Lynn and Jean!
