Thank You and Whoosh, Whoosh...
Many thank you's for all the kind and caring comments!
Am fine! Eye schmootz still swirling around and it will continue to do so until the vitreous (which is constantly being refreshed) washes it out. So, just a bit annoying having to look through blobs!, but no biggee.
Spent a couple hours last night cleaning house for a tentative showing today. Couldn't leave it all til this morning as it was too much - haven't had a showing in 2 weeks, so the house needed a good dusting and vacuuming through. But the appt ended up being moved to Saturday. I'm not getting excited yet (BTDT!), but this client *particularly* wants to see this house - not a whole slew of houses with no idea of what they really want, not a handful of just antique houses - *this* house. Nope, not gonna get excited, but I'm curious!
The full moon of the 5th (Sunday) is supposed to bring some interesting activity/movement. Alan Grey Wolf says, in part, for Aries: "Look for sudden inspiration and intuitive answers to long-held problems. The full Moon of the 5th should bring solutions to financial problems, and from then on through the end of this period, it should be harvest time."
and for Leo (my rising sign, as well as hubby's): "So much wanting to break out, to change, to liberate the self, and to end the confusion of those around you. The Full Moon of the 5th brings a huge release as answers come and realizations come that substantially alter your place in the world."
After all the work and sacrifice for this house, getting to actually reap the harvest would be wonderful!
And I finally had a dream, albeit a short one, about the place we're trying to head to. I'm sure I posted once about the dreams I had before ever seeing this house. They were confirmation that this was the house to move to. I always get info about important things in my dreams, but then I can also just get whatever hubby's reading in the morning paper, whilst I'm still sleeping!
So, during the 1+ years of readying the house for sale, and the nearly 14 months it's been on the market, I've been wondering *when* I was gonna begin to dream of our next place. As I said, it was a short dream, just one scene. I was watching TV and on it was a large white house (which, even in the dream I knew was too much house for us!), no people, no surroundings, just this house and in the background, I heard the whoosh, whoosh of the waves hitting the shore. Didn't see them, but heard them. So, this is good, and I'm sure it's only the first dream, with more to come.
Well, waddyaknow, another slowwww drive by just occurred! My laptop faces the road - can't help but see what's going on out there. It's interesting that even in the softened RE market here, where deals have been falling apart, and some houses never get a showing, that, at least, people stop to oogle our house and we still get showings. One of these days, someone will come who understands the house and will pick up where we're leaving off.
Whoosh, whoosh, whoosh....
